Chad Choat – Chief Executive Officer

Chad joined the family owned business in May of 1995. Before joining the company he taught Vocational Agriculture in Taloga, Ok. Chad graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 and Eufaula High School in 1990. When he joined the company in 1995, Chad started in the Marketing Department and has worked in every area of the company before becoming the owner and CEO in January of 2011. Chad has overseen a 300% growth in the past 24 months and envisions great things to come. “ We have worked very hard to become more productive and efficient in the care of our patients.” Chad is involved in several area organizations in all of the communities that Community Home Health has offices. He serves as an adult Sunday School Teacher at the First Baptist Church in Claremore. He also volunteers his time at Beautiful Feet Ministries, a homeless shelter in Ft. Worth, Texas. His hobbies include; golfing, boating, and spending time with his two daughters, Shelby and Morgan. Chad and his wife Misty have been married for seventeen years and live in Claremore, Ok.


Debbie McKay – Director of Administrative Services

Debbie went to work for Community Home Health in November 2000. She was in charge of all data entry, assisted with billing, and answered the phone. In 2006, Debbie was promoted to Director of Administrative Services.  She processes employee payroll for all offices, as well as handling new employee orientation. She also administers and maintains all employee benefits. Debbie plays many roles at Community Home Health and is an integral part of all three offices.


Pam Robinson – Chief Financial Officer

Pam joined Community Home Health in December 2010, after spending the last thirteen years working for a local CPA firm.

After graduating from Claremore High School, Pam attended Oral Roberts University obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education. She immediately went to work for a CPA firm in Tulsa. However, her desire to be a teacher was not to be denied and the next ten years were spent at Inola High School where she taught accounting. After a few years teaching in the private school sector she returned to the field of public accounting. Years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping and financial reporting made her transition to Community Home Health an easy one.

Pam has been married to Steve Robinson for 33 years. Steve is a Manager of Global Process Services for IBM. His job requires him to travel internationally on a regular basis. The Robinsons have two daughters; Stephanie and Bailey. Stephanie is married to Stewart Stidham and lives in Checotah, Ok. Bailey is a Senior at the University of Oklahoma. Pam and Steve attend First Baptist Church in Claremore.


Gayla Anderson – RN, BSN, MHR – Director of Nursing

Gayla has been with Community Home Health since 2007. She has been the Director of Nursing since 2008. Gayla went to nursing school right out of high school and obtained her RN through Hillcrest Medical Center of Nursing in Tulsa. She later went to Northeastern State University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Additionally, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Human Relations degree, focusing on organizational leadership. She has also completed over 60 credit hours toward her doctorate degree in educational administration through Oklahoma State University.

Gayla has enjoyed a variety of jobs in the nursing field before joining the team at Community Home Health. She was supervisor of a state children’s residential home where she managed healthcare of over 200 children. She was the charge nurse for an OB unit at a local hospital and a county supervisor of a state program that provided home care services to approximately 200 elderly and disabled clients. She also spent time as a field nurse for a local home health company and was a nursing instructor for Northeast Technology Center and Rogers State University.

Gayla has been married to Danny Anderson for 39 years. Hey have two adult children, a son and a daughter. They also have one granddaughter.


Theresa Slotterback – Director of Accounts Receivable

Theresa started working for Community Home Health in August of 2011.  She has had the opportunity to work in a variety of fields and enjoyed them all.  Theresa holds degrees in education and computer science.  Theresa has taught elementary through adult students in public and vocational schools, as well as private businesses.  She was a programmer analyst for two Tulsa based companies.  Theresa’s work for a claims clearinghouse has provided her with the experience to prepare her for her position at Community Home Health.

Theresa has served on staff at her church.  She has four children and ten grandchildren.
